Refund policy

All sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted unless an item is received in a defective or damaged condition.

If a defective item is received, please contact vjooddrip@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Your email must include clear photos of the defect along with your order number. Once reviewed and approved, a replacement or refund will be issued where applicable.

Items that show signs of wear, washing, or misuse will not be eligible for return or refund. VJOOD DRIP reserves the right to deny any claims that do not meet these conditions.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
